Our private vans comfortably seat up to 5 passengers with luggage. For shared rides, we can accommodate up to 6 passengers, with luggage space adjusted accordingly. If you have oversized or additional baggage, let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

For your convenience, we track all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically adjust our arrival time, and you will not incur any waiting fees. If your flight is canceled, please call or text us immediately at 904-753-6480 so we can update or cancel your reservation.

Yes. Our after-hours service, for pickups scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, is available for a premium rate of $125 per vehicle. All trips scheduled during our regular hours are the standard $90 per vehicle rate.

We kindly request notice of any cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. There is no charge for timely cancellations. However, a $45 fee will be charged for any "No-Show" (when a client fails to show up for their scheduled pickup without prior notification).

Gratuity for the driver is not included in your quoted rate. It is entirely at your discretion and should be given directly to your driver.

For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards for payment. Please note that your credit card is used only to hold your reservation, and payment will be collected by your driver upon the completion of your trip.

We strive to accommodate all reasonable requests! If you require a car seat, have oversized luggage, or need any other special accommodation, please detail this in the "Additional Information" section of your booking form. We will confirm these arrangements prior to your pickup.

We are happy to accommodate any car seat that you bring for your child. However, due to liability regulations, our drivers cannot install the car seat for you. The car seat must be properly installed and secured by the accompanying passenger. Please be sure to let us know in the "Additional Information" section when booking if you plan to travel with a car seat so we can ensure the vehicle is ready for your needs.
